From the blue tees Riverside measures out to 6,396 yards and pars out at 72. The fairways are very wide and forgiving but the abundance of trees on the fringe of each hole make for very tough play when hitting from deep rough. Water is the chief hazard and is present on six of the holes. Riverside golf course presents challenging and rewarding play for golfers of all skill sets. The course rating is 70.5 and a slope rating is 113.
The clubhouse at Riverside Golf Course is home to an extensive pro-shop as well as a small bar. The pro-shop is fully stocked with anything an average player may want or need prior to hitting the course. The shop also provides all the usual services including cart rental, re-gripping and head cleaning. Adjacent the pro-shop is a small lounge that serves up cold beer and snack items such as hot dogs and chips. Riverside also maintains a 300 yard full service driving range with ample room for 10-15 golfers. Golfers can enjoy year-round play at Riverside, but players must call ahead in order to schedule a tee time.
